Simply Stage AI — AI Virtual Staging for Real Estate

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Simply Stage AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Simply Stage AI provides AI-powered image transformation tools for real estate professionals, including virtual staging, photo decluttering, day-to-dusk conversion, photo enhancement, and interior renovation previews. The Service is provided on a subscription basis or pay-per-use model.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You may not share your account with others.

4. Credits and Payments

Access to image generation features requires credits. Credits are allocated monthly based on your subscription plan. Unused credits may roll over for up to three months, subject to plan-specific caps. Credits are non-refundable except in cases of technical error on our part. All prices are in USD.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not: upload content that violates intellectual property rights; use the Service for deceptive or fraudulent purposes; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models; resell or redistribute outputs without attribution; or use the Service in any way that could damage our systems.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your images solely to provide the Service. All AI-generated outputs are yours to use commercially. Simply Stage AI retains ownership of the underlying technology, models, and platform.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will meet any particular quality standard. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simply Stage AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the United States, these Terms are also subject to applicable US federal laws.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
